# Accessibility

We want to make working with us as straightforward and comfortable as possible. Below is practical information about accessibility and how to request accommodations for mobility or sensory needs.

## What we can confirm

Most of our clients prefer remote meetings, and we use **Microsoft Teams** for nearly all instructions and consultations.

We are happy to conduct face-to-face meetings at our **Dubai** office.

Our **Fujairah (Creative Tower) office is not client-facing unless specifically requested by a client**.

We are committed to making reasonable accommodations for clients with mobility or sensory needs. We will work with you to arrange accessible meeting options or to secure third-party services such as sign-language interpretation or real-time captioning when required.

## How to request accessibility accommodations

When you contact us, please include:

- The accommodation you need (for example: wheelchair access, accessible parking, sign-language interpretation, assistive listening device, large-print documents, or a remote meeting with captions)
- The date, time, and location of the appointment or meeting
- Any documents you need in an alternative format

When possible, we will confirm what we can provide—and any lead time or fees (for third-party services)—within **48–72 hours** of your request.

## Accessible meeting options we offer

- **Remote meetings (preferred by most clients):** We can arrange Microsoft Teams video meetings or telephone meetings. If you prefer captions or live transcription, include that in your request and we will provide options.
- **Face-to-face meetings (Dubai):** We can meet you in person at our Dubai office. Please tell us what mobility or sensory accommodations you need so we can plan ahead.
- **Document access:** We can provide documents in larger font, PDF tagged for screen readers, or other formats on request. Please specify the format you need when you request materials.

## Third-party accessibility services

Sign-language interpreters, CART (real-time captioning), and assistive-listening devices are typically arranged through external suppliers. We will arrange these on your behalf where possible, subject to availability and the associated supplier fees. Please provide as much notice as possible.

## Privacy and data protection when arranging accommodations

When you request accessibility services, we may need to share limited information with third-party suppliers (for example: interpreter name, appointment time, and contact details). We handle such information in accordance with our privacy processes.

## What to expect

If you are meeting us remotely, we will send Microsoft Teams details in advance.

If you are meeting us in person in Dubai, we will confirm the meeting location and any arrival instructions ahead of time.

## Accessibility commitments

We will respond promptly to reasonable accommodation requests and make good-faith efforts to provide the assistance you need to access our services.

If an accommodation requires a third-party supplier or additional costs, we will explain those costs and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
